Greg Genre Inspirations 1.04 Lauryn Hill 'I'll Get Out'

 MTV UNPLUGGED ALBUM

‘We Compare ourselves amongst ourselves, and that’s not the standard, you already are the standard.  What are you trying to fit into a standard for? We were each created to be individual standards and you’re trying to fit into a standard, it doesn’t make any sense.  So now after all that I’m just ready to be me and it’s a lot to work through you know because all of us have hidden in these little boxes, purposely because of parts of ourselves that we were unhappy about, that we didn’t love just because we didn’t understand.  Because there’s all this social doctrine that says that the infinite god, with all this expression,  who created every single one of us absolutely different on purpose, wants everybody to fit into the same suit.  Im like, that’s deception.

Greg Genre Inspirations 1.03 Sly and The Family Stone Everyday People

Lyrics:

Sometimes I'm right and I can be wrong
My own beliefs are in my song
The butcher, the banker, the drummer and then
Makes no difference what group I'm in
I am everyday people, yeah yeah
There is a blue one who can't accept the green one
For living with a fat one trying to be a skinny one
And different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee
Oh sha sha - we got to live together
I am no better and neither are you
We are the same whatever we do
You love me you hate me you know me and then
You can't figure out the bag l'm in
I am everyday people, yeah yeah
There is a long hair that doesn't like the short hair
For bein' such a rich one that will not help the poor one
And different strokes for different folks
And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee
Oh sha sha-we got to live together
There is a yellow one that won't accept the black one
And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee
That won't accept the red one that won't accept the white one
And different strokes for different folks
I am everyday people

Greg Genre Inspirations 1.02 Fela Kuti Doc Part 3 4.35

'Music is a spiritual thing, you don't play with music.  if you play with music you will die young.  when the higher forces give you the gift of music, musicianship it must be well used. For the good of humanity.  If you use it for your own self by deceiving people you will die young.  I have told people this many times. So im going to prove them all wrong and myself right.  Now I am 44 and im getting younger because im doing it right.  i can play music for ten hours and im never tired, im getting younger because the spiritual life I have led with music is helping me now'.

Inspirations 1.01 SWAMI VIVEKANANDA 'EACH SOUL IS POTENTIALLY DIVINE''

“EACH soul is potentially Divine. The goal is to manifest this Divinity with in by controlling nature, external and internal. Do this either by work or worship or psychic control or philosophy- by one or more all of these- and be free. This is whole of RELIGION.”

Inspirations 1.00 GENKI SUDO 'WE ARE ALL ONE'

QUOTE TAKEN FROM GENKI SUDO DOCUMENTARY.  PEACE

'I believe "All Is One" to be true, the worlds conflicts and troubles result out of our being seperated.  If everyone in the world is seen as ourselves, then all we see will be one with us and not like someone else.  In that way people can be thought of as ourselves, and treated with kindness given a chance'
