Don’t Wait Meditate

Don't Wait Mediate

I see myself

I see myself as every human colour,

I see myself as every beating heart,

I see myself in every blooming flower,

I see myself in every growing tree.

Expanding those branches, reaching for the light.

I know myself when I’m thinking just thinking of me,

I know myself when nurturing a seed,

I know myself when ego is forgotten

I know myself when living for today.

Don’t limit your choices, live freedom and truth

And if you want proof look within...

Happy All The Time

You ask me why I'm happy all the time,
and why I don't show sorrow,
You ask me why I'm happy all the time,
the news I do not follow.
You tell me about the worries of the world,
the troubles of tomorrow,
But I'm too busy living for today,
bliss becomes my normal.
I'm moving to the 4 and 5D
I'm opening new possibilities
while masquerading as just a little me
trying to be free, to be free
If you want to be happy all the time,
accept some sadness,
detach from the madness,
with gratitude and gladness.
If you want to be happy all the time,
see beyond the colour,
don't make an other,
out of your brother.
I'm travelling, back to the source,
surrendering, to a love that cannot be forced,
to the one connection, plot your own course
and be free, be free
You want to be happy all the time, happy all the time...

Your Spring

When it feels like you're out of luck, all the doors are shut, noone to pick you up.
You've got something to share, they talk over you, they don't seem to care.
Like a bulb burried under snow, it lies dormant ready to grow in the spring,
and as the seasons come and go, well deep down hidden below you have everything
you need hidden within.

Make your own chances,
build your own dreams,
go ahead and grab them, what potential you bring,
do you know you can grow your own spring?

When your days don't seem to match, the days that you'd planned and mapped in your mind,
Sometimes we just have to trust, take a different path and adjust to the present time,
It's the only time.
A tree falls yet in death brings life, provides a home for all the creatures inside that rely on it.
So if today isn't going right, when you look back with hindsight, you might be surprised by all
the blessings disguised.

Make your own chances,
build your own dreams,
go ahead and grab them, what potential you bring,
do you know you can grow your own spring?

Inside the seed is all of the tree, Inside the seed is all of the tree,
Inside the seed is all of the tree, inside of me are all of my dreams...

No Way Out

When your thoughts are fixed, when your mind plays tricks
there's no way out.

Only black or white, only wrong or right.
there's no way out.

Open up your point of view, open up your point of view,
embrace all the doubts.

And by letting go, there is a way to know,
a way in, there's no way out, there's no way out...

Rehumanise

Have you heard that, the top ten richest, billionaire men are making a killing from this?
Have you heard that, the profits they have already made, would be more than enough to pay for the human in world?
Do you know that, we are all brothers and sisters sharing this one precious Earth?
While they fund ways to colonise Mars and explore distant space, I'm not giving up on the human race, don't give up on the human race.

They divide with fear, we reconnect with love.
They divide with fear, let's reconnect with love.

And When this all ends, the birds are still going to sing,
the plants are still going to grow, the Earth is still going to bring,
all that we need, the flower brings the seed,
an antidote for, scarcity and greed.

So greet your friend with a hug,
give your neighbour a smile.
take off the masks,
it's time to rehumanise.

Have you heard that, there must be informed consent for any medicine you get?
Do you know that, you have a body and a mind but it's the soul that connects?
Do you know that millions of people have sacrificied their lives for
the freedom of you and I?
And as the less than 0.1% try to dictate world events,
I have to ask how much freedom is going to be left?

They divide with fear, we reconnect with love.
They divide with fear, let's reconnect with love.

And When this all ends, the birds are still going to sing,
the plants are still going to grow, the Earth is still going to bring,
all that we need, the flower brings the seed,
an antidote for, scarcity and greed.

So greet your friend with a smile,
give your neighbour a hug.
we are all love,
it's time to rehumanise.
it's time to rehumanise...

The truth blues, purples, oranges, greens and every colour in between

I can see straight through the lies, I can see straight through the lies,
So you aren't ever going to make me hyptnotised.

I can see straight past all the masquerades, I can see straight past all the masquerades, so I don't have to believe a single word you say.

This is the truth blues, the purples, the oranges and the greens,
the pinks and the yellows, the reds and every colour in between.
And if you see beyond the colour you'll know what I mean.

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere,
injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere,
So brothers and sisters I hope you know that I care.

This is the truth blues, the purples, the oranges and the greens,
the pinks and the yellows, the reds and every colour in between.
And if you see beyond the colour you'll know what I mean.
And if you see beyond the mind you'll know what I mean.
And if you see beyond the body you'll know what I mean.

I see every living being as my best friend,
I see every living being as my best friend,
It's an easy way to make all the wars end.

And if you see beyond the species you'll know what I mean.

Deep Down
Here on the surface, I'm pretending that everything's alright,
acting out a purpose, with another painted smile,
But the chemical signals, misfire through my brain.
I see you through a screen, but it never is the same.
Deep down I know that when the mirk settles,
I'll regain control but I'm tired of waiting,
a permenant low, when you feel so deep down, deep down.
Haven't seen my mother in coming on a year,
Afraid to hug my brother. I've swallowed all the fear.
They say it's nearly over but the goalposts move again.
For the sake of death. free living has to end.
Deep down I know that when the mirk settles,
We'll regain control but I'm tired of waiting,
a permenant low, Do you feel so deep down, deep down?
Deep down, deep down...

Internal Memory

All the names I jumbled up, All the places and dates, get muddled up. and the days become the same, without the brain's map, only certain memories remain, like torn up photographs.
In my internal memory box, how long will it take before it switches off? In my internal memory box, how long will it take before all is forgot?

But to these songs, I remember all the words. The melodies are as fresh, as when they were first heard. And a smile, doesn't seem to age, nor the twinkle in an eye, it always will remain.
So don't remember the facts, don't remember the facts, you don't remember the facts, remember your heart, remember your heart, this song is from the heart, remember your heart.

The Greater Good You cannot come in, until you have given in. You cannot shop here, until you surrender to fear. You cannot stay, until you think their way. You cannot sit there, this is a clean chair. See it's fair, to do what you should, for the greater good. You're selfish to think, to think for yourself. Why pose a risk, to all of our health? Just do as they say, see your family today. Freedom at last, just don't forget your mask. Give thanks, for they do what they should, for the greater good. But will it bring shalom? Will it bring shalom? Will it bring shalom? Shalom (peace, harmony, wholeness, prosperity) Don't Wait Meditate The world will tell you how to feel, the world will limit what is real. the world will tell you who to be, yet your heart will still yearn to be free. To feel connected with all, not just seperate or small... Don't wait meditate on freedom, contemplate a world without a war, what do we fight wars for? Don't wait meditate on freedom, generate a love that is for all Your body is just a pillow case, the body is mostly empty space, it looks solid, but see it all vibrate, let the heart, harmonise and resonate who is writing the program called you? uninstall the program with truth. Don't wait meditate on freedom, contemplate a world without a war, what do we fight wars for? Don't wait meditate on freedom, generate a love that is for all

Loop Song 9 - Orangutan

Loop track 9 and the penultimate song on the album already! Orangutan is about.... well wonderful orangutans of course. So much have their habitat has been destroyed for palm oil production and we can all do something about it. Please try and shop for products with no palm oil in to help out these beautiful endangered animals. I'm hoping that when human life returns to normal that we might rethink our relationship with the natural world. Many thanks to PanEco for the animation which plays later on in the song. The track is real builder so please play it through to the end if you have the time to spare.
Orangutan

The Orangutans are calling us,
to stop all of that noise.
They're calling us,
hear the wisdom in their voices.

What took millions of years to evolve,
takes us decades to destroy,
Mother nature cannot keep up,
with the fast paced human race,
hear her struggling for breath,
When will we ever learn?

Loop Song 8 - Seed In My Pocket

Loop track 8 is a one for all the sunny weather we've been having! At least we didn't have lockdown during a freezing dark winter. 'Seed In My Pocket' is about the joy I get from birdwatching and growing our own veg and flowers from seed. Nature is indeed a healer! In the last nine weeks we've nursed an injured pheasant and an injured hedgehog back to full health, had a range of birds nesting in our garden including collared doves, blackbirds and sparrows and spent magical mornings watching a pair of barn owls hunting over the field behind our garden.

Seed In My Pocket

Have you ever watched the starlings, murmurating in the sky?
They're clearly having fun, not just thinking up new ways to survive.

Have you ever shared your sandwich, with a hungry little gull?
The signs tell me not to share, but I don't care I feel abundantly full.

Everywhere I go I carry seed in my pocket,
in case a little bird flies by.
I want to share, I want to share the joy of being alive.
And everywhere I go I carry seed in my pocket,
I want to help the Earth regrow,
give on back, give on back, give on back with what you sow.
And they go...........(birdie whistles)

Have you ever spent an hour or two, simply sitting on the grass?
Slow down to nature's pace, leave the Human race and the next to-do-list task.

Have you ever watched a plant grow, from a tiny little seed?
I find when I raise them up, they raise me up and give me back what I need.

Everywhere I go, everywhere I go,
Everywhere I go, I carry seed in my pocket.
Everywhere I go, everywhere I go,
Everywhere I go, I carry seed in my pocket.

Loop Song 7: Fulfilled

Loop song number 7 is here! Fulfilled is a song about accepting and being unattached to outcomes when you know you have given your all. Had an interview this week but didn't get the job so I wrote this song instead. Perhaps it was meant to be that I didn't get it! :)
Fulfilled

Once you've had a taste, you want the same back again.
That fleeting friend called Happiness soon goes.
She's not waiting out there, wherever you look.
But hidden in the sanctuary of the soul, to be fulfilled.

Be fulfilled

We cannot control every single event,
just give our all, no matter what the days bring.
Ask better questions, change what it means,
and the smallest shift, can reshape reality, to be fulfilled.

Be fulfilled

Content in your heart, you've given everything.
Content in your heart, you've given everything.

Loop Songs 6: Little Dot

Loop Song 6 'Little Dot' is largely inspired by the Carl Sagan speech titled 'Pale Blue Dot' referring to the wonderful Earth we live on, a tiny speck in an unfathomably huge universe! Hopefully these strange times will teach us to see beyond the artificial divide lines of nationality, race and religion so that we can more peacefully coexist on this tiny dot we call home.
Little Dot

Have you ever wondered why you're here?
Have you ever wondered why we're here?
Living on this little dot.

I'm so glad that you're here,
I'm so glad that you're here,
sharing this little dot.

Is this the only place to harbour life?
Is this the only place to harbour life?
This fragile little dot.

What a joy it is to be alive.
What a joy it is to be alive,
on our little dot, share our little dot...

But we cut it up into smaller slices,
cut it all up into smaller slices,
into smaller little dots.

So many artificial divides,
separating every single life,
although we live on the same dot, live on the same dot...

Loops Songs 5: Ananda

Ananda is a sanskrit word meaning 'bliss'. In yoga philosophy it is said that God is sat-chit-ananda (existence consciousness bliss).

Ananda

Sing out for those with no voice,
Sing out for those with little choice,
High up in the trees and sharing our seas.

For you are they and they are you,
Thou art that, divine and true
So treat all as you, for all is you.

The next step in evolution is pure consciousness,
Yet the next step is already here, beyond all the fear.
Million of lifetimes have led us to this,
Trillions of stars have made this exist,
this permanent bliss, permanent bliss.

We all belong to a royal family,
The emperor penguin and the queen honey bee,
There's no hierarchy, for symbiotic species.
We have labelled all the food chains upside down,
For everything relies on the plants in the ground.
They nourish the Earth, bring about new birth.

It's difficult to love everything you come in contact with,
But no exception at all, no matter how small.
For there's something connecting all of this,
That can't be explained by the laws of physics,
this permanent bliss, this permanent bliss.

Ananda....Ananda...Ananda
